To open a school "run by Aboriginals" but funded by Banks, media and other corporations, they needed Prince Andrew to cut the tape at the re-launching of the University as "The First Nations University of Canada". Should FW De Klerk have opened the truth and reconciliation commission, had it been held while Apartheid still existed and ruled South Africa as it does Canada today?
