Sylvia, ride to Dempster Corner....

Well, I was walking out of Dawson to head South, a route I've never taken before. Last time I went West, over the "Top of the World" highway. But Dawson sprawls forever South, so I was nervous as to how it would go. Pulled out the "Across Town" sign and I was outta there right away, with Sylvia. I met her two years ago while hiking around Tombstone Mountain. She is a lefty environmentalist radical with tons of material against destroying the earth in her truck. We had lots to talk, and hopefully will make a great ally in Yukon for the fight against the pipeline.
